Health is not just the absence of illness. Itβs body, mind, and community β thriving together.
Project Swasthya is our holistic health We believe that a healthy community starts with informed people,
accessible care, and habits that last a lifetime. From school classrooms to village gatherings, Swasthya brings
health closer to where life happens.
Knowledge is the first medicine. Interactive awareness sessions covering mental health, puberty, sexuality, women's health, addiction, cancer awareness, healthy habits, fitness and nutrition.
Basic health counseling, referral support to hospitals, government schemes, chronic disease follow-up and community health volunteers.
We organize regular free health camps in schools and villages. Camps are run with doctors, nurses, and trained volunteers, ensuring dignity and privacy for every person.
Adolescence is when lifelong habits are formed. Through school sessions and peer groups, we talk openly about puberty, mental health, addiction, and nutrition. We create safe spaces where students can ask questions without fear.
Women are the caregivers and decision-makers in every home. Our women's circles discuss menstrual health, cancer screening, nutrition for the family, mental wellbeing, and stress management. We also train women as Swasthya Sakhis β community health champions.
Health is a community effort. From gram sabhas to SHG meetings, we bring health conversations into everyday life. We work with teachers, ASHAs, and local leaders to make healthy choices the easy choices.
