Women’s Empowerment Is Not a Destination- It Is a journey

A journey of education, confidence, financial independence, decision-making, health, safety, self-awareness, and social responsibility.

our view, true empowerment is built on six important pillars:

Women’s empowerment is about having the right to think, decide, act, grow, and lead with dignity. Even today, many women continue to struggle for basic rights education, financial independence, participation in household decisions, ownership of their own finances, freedom to make choices about their health and children’s future, and protection from physical and emotional distress. For several years, Sarthak Welfare Foundation has been working with women’s self-help groups and communities in urban settlements and rural areas across Maharashtra through meaningful women empowerment initiatives.
