Dr.Vishanu Marathe was associated with Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) over 35 years and has contributed greatly to the research of Chemical Physics and Quantum Mechanics. He was also associated as a guide with “Medical University of Lubeck- Germany” and University of Saarbrucken- Germany for few years. He has been working as guide for many PHD students and even after retirement, at the age of 85, he has desire to teach and guide students.

To pursue her passion in social welfare she decided to quit her job and started her career in social welfare and has been working since then. Enrich with her experience as “Founder member of CSR Pune” A forum initiated by corporates & NGO’s for collective and collaborative projects. and as a Head-Career Mitra- ShyamchiAaiFoundation (2011-2016) working for Career Counselling Responsible for designing & conducting Career Counselling courses, PMC school counselling projects, Teachers training for helpline and overall administration. To implement her knowledge in banking industry and NGO Governance, she Started her own consultancy in 2016 “Career Disha"- A consultancy firm focused on behavioral development and life skill, Career awareness and counselling and conducting projects with corporates. He was the key advisor for the “Maha Career Helpline” and was responsible for training all the dedicated counsellors from Maharashtra. Dr. Geet is also an author of 15 books on various career streams and medical profession. He is also associated with Pune medical association.
